Silvia Carli

Silvia was born and raised in Italy, where she played volleyball for the Junior and Pre Junior National team and had the chance to travel the world representing her country. At the age of 20 Silvia moved to Miami to play volleyball at Florida International University, where she obtained her Bachelor degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. Silvia is currently pursuing her Master degree in Sports Nutrition and Exercise Physiology and combined Dietetics Internship through Florida State University in Tallahassee. While completing her coursework in Tallahassee Silvia volunteered with the Sports Nutrition department of Florida State University, assisting the athletes with their nutritional needs.

Her primary function at Footballtech is as our nutrition educator. During the Spring semester of 2017 Silvia completed the Sports Nutrition rotation of her internship being the Sports Nutritionist

for the University of Miami football team. During the summer 2017 Silvia will complete her Dietetic Internship at the Cleveland Clinic in Weston, FL.

Silvia is a confident, driven, flexible, very organized and passionate person. Being in constant contact with people of different nationalities gave her the chance to develop great communication abilities. She is creative and, other than painting canvases, she loves using her skills to design

nutrition education materials for academic projects or for athletic teams. She also has a passion for fitness and love to workout to be mindful of her body and mind.She considers her career in dietetics and nutrition as a chance for being a positive influence in her clients’ life, helping them reaching their performance/fitness goals.
