Team Info:

Head Coach: David Gilbert
Assistant Head Coach: Shane Gardner

Practice 2X/week Sunday morning 9am and Wed at 6pm. Rescheduled practices will be set by coaches.

Mixed Ages (We will add age groups as we get them).

• 10 skill players per team 6 linemen per team.
• 2 jersey and pants set
• Helmet optional ($30)
• Gaiter
• Backpack

$30 fee $225/ athlete to be on the team once selected.

Event Training

• 40yd dash
• Short shuttle
• Broad Jump
• 7 on 7 open run

Items needed:

• Cleats
• Football gloves
• Mask
• Mouthpiece

Linemen training and one on ones for offensive and defensive linemen.

Mask is required!
